Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer specializing in AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Development and Capture teams to understand proposal requirements and deadlines
• Develop, write, and edit proposal content that is compliant and tailored to RFP needs
• Research and incorporate relevant information to enhance proposal content

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing for federal contracts
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and contract vehicles
• Ability to analyze RFPs and develop compliant proposals
• Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
