Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Consultancy Roster - Proposal Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical design and writing inputs for humanitarian and development proposals
• Draft context and technical approach sections for proposals, ensuring clarity and coherence
• Serve as Team Lead or Proposal Manager for strategic bids and participate in design workshops

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program design, development, and implementation for various donors
• BA/S or equivalent required; Master's degree in international development or related field preferred
• Strong technical expertise in fields such as climate adaptation, food security, and social cohesion is encouraged
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Native-level spoken and written English
