Proposal Writer - Defense

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Proposal Writer - Defense, the successful candidate will create compelling proposals and presentations, collaborate with sales and subject matter experts, and ensure timely and accurate submissions to potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic and persuasive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to tailor messaging and shape deal strategy for enterprise buyers
• Maintain a content library and drive proposal process optimization, including AI-assisted content generation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal writing experience in enterprise SaaS or related B2B environments
• Demonstrated success in supporting complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise pursuits
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines
• Familiarity with proposal management tools such as Loopio or Salesforce preferred
