A company is looking for a Proposal Writer - EdTech, K-12.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring compliance with K-12/SLED procurement regulations
• Proactively identify strategic bid opportunities and manage bid/no-bid decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling narratives that highlight the value of solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in proposal strategy with a focus on achieving high win rates
• Knowledge of K-12 procurement cycles and regulations
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple proposals under tight deadlines
• Ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, value-based narratives
• Experience with RFP management tools to build scalable proposal systems
