Proposals and Contracts Lead
Job Summary
Leading the global proposals and contracts capability, the fully remote Proposals and Contracts Process Lead will develop standards, oversee training initiatives, and provide senior commercial support for strategic proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the global Subject Matter Expert for proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders
- Develop and maintain global standards, templates, tools, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Drive quality oversight, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across Business Units
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in proposals, contracts, budgeting, and commercial operations within a CRO environment
- Proven experience developing global proposal and contract standards, processes, and governance frameworks
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, competency frameworks, and process improvement initiatives
- Extensive experience preparing budgets, proposals, contracts, and change orders for clients and vendors
- Experience supporting proposals within Ophthalmology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, and/or Dermatology
