Proposals and Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposals & Contracts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and contracts for new and existing business in consultation with the Sales Team
• Gather and provide complex information for proposals with oversight from the Proposals & Contracts lead
• Begin to lead proposals of minimal complexity

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of Proposal/Contract experience in the clinical research industry, preferably with a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
• Understanding of the functional relationship between CROs and Sponsors
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficient experience with Salesforce
• Ability to work creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and assimilate the details of project requirements
