Proposals and Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Proposals and Contracts Specialist will develop proposals and contracts for new and existing business in collaboration with the Sales Team, while gathering complex information and beginning to lead less complex proposals.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop proposals and contracts for both new and existing business opportunities
• Consult with the Sales Team to gather necessary information for proposal development
• Begin to lead proposals of minimal complexity under the guidance of a P&C lead

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of Proposal/Contract experience in the clinical research industry, preferably with a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
• Understanding of the functional relationship between CROs and Sponsors
• Proficient experience with Salesforce and comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong detail orientation and ability to learn quickly
