Proposals Content Manager
Job Summary
Owning and scaling the proposal content ecosystem, the full-time remote Proposals Content Manager will manage the proposal knowledge base, drive content quality and governance, and collaborate across multiple departments to enhance proposal efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the proposal content library and establish content governance frameworks
- Manage and optimize content for RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal materials while partnering with subject matter experts
- Lead the adoption of AI-powered proposal tools and track key content metrics for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in proposal management, content management, or related SaaS functions
- Experience with proposal automation platforms such as Responsive, Loopio, or RFPIO
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
