Proposals & Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Proposals & Contracts Specialist is a full-time, fully remote position responsible for developing proposals and contracts for new and existing business in collaboration with the Sales Team, while overseeing increasingly complex information with guidance from a Proposals lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and contracts for new and existing business
• Gather and provide complex information for proposals with oversight
• Begin to lead proposals of minimal complexity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Science, Business, Clinical Research)
• 3 - 5 years of Proposal/Contract experience in the clinical research industry
• Understanding of the functional relationship between CROs and Sponsors
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and proficient in Salesforce
• Experience with Medical and Regulatory proposal budget and writing
