Job Summary
Providing high-level administrative support to the Proposals Team, the full-time remote Proposals Coordinator will manage data entry, facilitate communication, and assist in processing administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate data entry and generate reports for tracking Proposal priorities
- Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute them to attendees
- Interact with various teams to ensure completion of administrative tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of administrative experience in Business Development or Project Management within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project
- Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus
- Continual GLP training and effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
