Proposals Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposals Manager to lead the bid process and technical aspects of applications in Low Voltage Switchgear markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate competitive bids, estimates, and quotations considering product mix and technical aspects
• Ensure timely and detailed documentation of tenders, including full and accurate costs
• Lead planning and preparation of technical, financial, and project management aspects of bids and quotations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent; Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Proposals, Quotations, or related fields
• Direct industry experience, particularly in Low Voltage Switchgears, is strongly preferred
• Change Management Skills
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus
