Proposals Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end development of proposals, the full-time remote Proposals Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure compliance while producing compelling submissions to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete RFx response process, including kickoffs, reviews, and debriefs
• Develop proposal strategies and messaging in collaboration with pursuit teams, aligning content to customer priorities
• Track progress and manage post-submission tasks to ensure accurate RFx reporting and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience managing proposals/RFPs/RFIs or leading cross-functional, deadline-driven deliverables
• Demonstrated project management skills, including managing timelines and multi-round review cycles
• Strong writing and editing ability, with experience producing clear and persuasive proposal responses
• Ability to interpret RFx requirements and ensure compliance with submission instructions
