Proposals Manager

Job Summary

To support clinical research business development efforts, the fully remote Proposals Manager will coordinate and execute high-quality proposals, manage timelines, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process for clinical research opportunities, ensuring compliance and alignment with customer requirements
• Manage proposal timelines, schedules, and deliverables while collaborating with Business Development, Operations, and subject matter experts to gather necessary content
• Develop, edit, and format proposals and presentations, incorporating stakeholder feedback and tracking proposal metrics throughout the process

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or clinical research setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent proposals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with a track record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written, editing, and proofreading skills, with experience creating polished client-facing documents using Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of proposal management best practices and understanding of the clinical research or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
