Prospect Development Analyst

Job Summary

Managing data entry and relationship management for the Justice Partners - Midlevel Giving team, the full-time Prospect Development Analyst will coordinate donor strategies, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure data integrity, all while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from designated U.S. locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead portfolio management activities, including planning and facilitating meetings to drive donor engagement and revenue growth
• Manage prospect pipeline activity and maintain high standards of data quality and system use
• Conduct prospect research and prepare actionable insights to support donor strategy and engagement efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience or associate's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in data management, including advanced Excel skills and experience with a CRM system
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
