Prospect Management Strategist

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and collaborative Prospect Management Strategist in a full-time remote capacity, who will manage prospect portfolios, develop engagement strategies, and implement best practices to enhance fundraising efforts within the Individual Giving team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead prospect management for Individual Giving by organizing and optimizing portfolios for regional relationship managers
• Collaborate with fundraisers to develop strategies for donor engagement, pipeline growth, and cultivation planning
• Establish and implement prospect management processes and best practices to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 6-8 years of experience in prospect management, fundraising operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience supporting frontline fundraisers and managing donor portfolios
• Strong understanding of prospect management principles and donor pipeline development
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills
