Prospect Research Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prospect Research & Portfolio Management Manager (Remote - EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect research and provide training to fundraisers on research requests
• Manage fundraiser portfolios and facilitate consultations to ensure alignment with fundraising goals
• Analyze data and generate pipeline reports to optimize fundraising efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in development or fundraising, with expertise in Prospect Management
• Knowledge of donor development systems, specifically Raiser's Edge NXT and Blackbaud Fundraiser Performance Management
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs
• Ability to handle confidential information and interact professionally with diverse audiences
