Job Summary
To enhance production efficiency, the remote Protection and Controls Engineer will research and develop new manufacturing technologies, support capital projects, and troubleshoot production issues while collaborating with various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Employ Lean manufacturing principles to improve production processes and product configurations
- Lead capital projects aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing
- Create and review 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks, ensuring compliance with company standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in General Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-6 years of engineering experience focused on design, development, or project management
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools for design and analysis
- Experience in process validation and pilot production activities
- Ability to analyze and evaluate manufacturing methods and standards
