Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Protocol Engineer (Web3 + AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Solidity smart contracts and off-chain components of the protocol
• Write comprehensive tests, participate in security audits, and build monitoring for production systems
• Collaborate with the founding team and partners to shape the protocol's roadmap and ensure seamless onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Solidity and EVM, with experience in designing and deploying secure smart contracts
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and experience with libraries like Ethers.js/Viem
• Understanding of cross-chain communication and hybrid systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical decision-making and mentor future hires
• Ability to balance rapid development with security and testing requirements
