Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and review requirements from Product Managers and customers to design solutions
• Use prototypes to align design, research, and engineering teams on shared understanding
• Produce UI artifacts and present design choices to stakeholders effectively

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with Python or similar languages
• Demonstrated experience in observability/infrastructure analytics or monitoring
• Strong prototyping skills and an analytical mindset
• Background in human-computer interaction, UX, or instructional design
• Proven ability to work across design and engineering teams
