Provider Accounts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regular meetings with assigned practices to review pipeline activity, identify issues, and report on key metrics
• Develop subject matter expertise on Network Providers, including contract and reimbursement terms and billing practices
• Monitor the end-to-end reimbursement process and assist staff with work queues to ensure timely reimbursements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a professional healthcare setting, preferably in RCM and/or claims processing
• Detailed knowledge of healthcare claims processing and revenue cycle management
• Medicare billing experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL and Python skills preferred
