Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage provider and office staff service requests and resolve inquiries
  • Handle call routing and first-level intake for the provider support line
  • Support provider management activities including data maintenance, credentialing, and directory management
Required Qualifications
  • Two to four years of general office or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with quality assurance and compliance processes
  • Familiarity with provider management systems and processes
