Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage provider and office staff service requests and resolve inquiries
- Handle call routing and first-level intake for the provider support line
- Support provider management activities including data maintenance, credentialing, and directory management
Required Qualifications
- Two to four years of general office or administrative experience
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with quality assurance and compliance processes
- Familiarity with provider management systems and processes
