Job Summary
Supporting provider management activities remotely, the full-time Provider Administrator will manage service requests, resolve inquiries, and maintain provider data while coordinating with various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage provider and office staff service requests and provide call handling for the provider support line
- Coordinate with providers and practices to ensure accurate information is available for business needs
- Support the recredentialing process and maintain critical provider information across various systems
Required qualifications
- Two to four years of general office experience
- Proficient in word and spreadsheet applications
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and provide creative solutions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
