Job Summary

Supporting provider management activities remotely, the full-time Provider Administrator will manage service requests, resolve inquiries, and maintain provider data while coordinating with various departments.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage provider and office staff service requests and provide call handling for the provider support line
  • Coordinate with providers and practices to ensure accurate information is available for business needs
  • Support the recredentialing process and maintain critical provider information across various systems
Required qualifications
  • Two to four years of general office experience
  • Proficient in word and spreadsheet applications
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems and provide creative solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
