Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Analysts, providing technical direction and reviewing analytical deliverables
• Identify and implement automation initiatives to enhance data reliability and reduce manual effort
• Serve as a subject matter expert in provider data, conducting complex analyses and addressing data quality issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of data analysis experience, particularly with healthcare data
• 2+ years of experience leading analytical work or small teams
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong experience using Python for data analysis
• Solid understanding of healthcare provider data and related industry-standard reference datasets
