Job Summary
To support provider service operations, the full-time salaried Provider Benefits Supervisor will manage day-to-day team performance, oversee service delivery, and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members
- Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, and clients to support collaboration and operational goals
- Monitor call volume and team support needs to meet service level expectations and assist with issue resolution
Required qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a service environment, preferably a contact center
- Healthcare Benefits/Insurance industry experience is a strong plus
- Strong technology skills, particularly with Microsoft products
- Experience in staff development, coaching, and performance management
- Ability to implement solutions independently in a fast-paced environment
