Job Summary
Providing essential support to Conduent staff, the full-time hourly Provider Benefits Support Specialist will assist with inquiries related to plan language, benefits, and claims while accurately logging interactions and delivering real-time coaching to ensure provider satisfaction in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist team members with incoming inquiries and handle escalated provider calls to resolution
- Log all interactions in the appropriate database and provide real-time coaching and support to ensure provider satisfaction
- Review processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvements and efficiencies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of service experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role or demonstrable leadership qualities
- Previous experience in medical insurance preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to apply good business understanding and technical decisions with a focus on outcomes
