Provider Communications Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the Top of Mind monthly newsletter and developing strategic communication plans, the full-time remote Provider Communications Consultant will ensure providers receive clear and actionable information while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance provider engagement and awareness.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of the monthly provider newsletter, including content planning, writing, editing, production, and analytics
• Lead the planning and development of strategic communications programs in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify gaps in provider communication processes and recommend improvements for a streamlined experience

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in writing for digital platforms, including e-newsletters and web content
• 8+ years of experience in developing and managing strategic communication plans
• 5+ years of provider relations communications experience, including work with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• 5+ years of project management experience with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
