Provider Communications Lead

Job Summary

To support Medicaid program operations, the full-time remote Provider Communications Lead will plan, develop, and manage provider-facing publications and communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance while engaging stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and publish provider-facing materials, including newsletters and educational resources
• Coordinate with business partners and compliance teams to ensure publication accuracy and consistency
• Manage publication schedules and communication initiatives to ensure timely delivery of materials

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, publications, or healthcare operations
• Experience developing and managing provider-facing publications or educational content
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare policy
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
