Job Summary

To enhance provider engagement and communication, the full-time remote Provider Communications Manager will develop and execute strategic communication initiatives that inform and educate public school partners about programs, funding opportunities, and policy changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement provider communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging aligned with organizational goals
  • Create and manage provider-facing communications, including newsletters, toolkits, and email updates, to convey important information effectively
  • Coordinate messaging related to program changes and funding opportunities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for providers
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in communications, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors
  • Proven experience in developing communication strategies for diverse external audiences
  • Strong background in creating clear written communications such as newsletters and policy updates
  • Experience working with educational institutions or programs, with knowledge of education policy and funding
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
