A company is looking for a Provider Compensation Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and design provider compensation programs, including data gathering and CPT coding reviews
• Conduct fair market value assessments and manage external fair market review processes
• Collaborate with the Provider Compensation team to develop plans supporting care strategies and financial goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area
• 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management
• Strong project and change management skills
