Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of experience in provider compensation design, finance, physician practice management, or project/change management
• Experience with various forecasting and modeling techniques
