Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage provider compensation programs aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards
• Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning and integrate compensation strategies with broader organizational objectives
• Guide communication efforts to promote transparency and understanding among providers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of experience in provider compensation design, finance, physician practice management, or project/change management
• Experience with forecasting and modeling techniques
