Job Summary
Leading a team of compensation and financial professionals, the full-time Provider Compensation Manager will manage processes related to physician and advanced practice provider compensation, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with compensation models, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manages the provider compensation department, ensuring analysts are trained in compensation plans for accurate payroll and HR adjustments
- Leads the transition of physicians to productivity-based compensation models and manages related adjustments
- Monitors and analyzes provider compensation costs, trends, and budget forecasts while performing incentive reconciliations for all providers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex financial and data analysis
- Experience with physician compensation models is strongly preferred
