Job Summary
Providing consultative expertise in provider compensation, the full-time remote Provider Compensation Partner will support hospitals and units by resolving compensation-related inquiries, monitoring existing programs, and analyzing compensation outcomes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-level customer service and guidance on provider compensation matters, addressing escalated issues promptly and accurately
- Monitor and assess existing compensation programs and tools for ongoing challenges
- Analyze compensation data and outcomes using appropriate tools to facilitate informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Certification in a related area (e.g., CCP, CBP, PHR) is desirable
- A minimum of three years of experience in Compensation or Human Resources, including experience with compensation issues and administration in a large organization, preferably in healthcare
- Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation is a plus
