Provider Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Provider Configuration - QNXT/SQL/Claims - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit provider information on claims and provider databases for accuracy
• Assist with complex configuration issues and the loading of provider information
• Generate and distribute compliance, regulatory, and accreditation reports related to the network

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in health care, preferably in a customer/provider services setting
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
