Key Responsibilities

• Provides entry-level analyst support for maintaining critical provider information in claims and provider databases
• Receives and analyzes provider information for timely updates in internal systems, ensuring adherence to department standards
• Audits provider records for quality and accuracy, ensuring proper claims processing and reporting

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer/provider services setting, or equivalent education and experience
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
