Provider Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Analyst, Provider Configuration (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provides entry level analyst support for maintaining critical provider information in claims and provider databases
• Audits provider records for quality and financial accuracy and ensures timely updates of provider demographic data
• Validates data synchronization across multiple claims systems to ensure compliance with business and system requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in health care, preferably in a customer/provider services setting, or equivalent education and experience
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
