Provider Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Providing entry-level analyst support, the full-time Associate Analyst, Provider Configuration will manage the maintenance of critical provider information across claims and provider databases in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Receives and analyzes provider information for accurate loading and updating in internal systems
• Maintains standards for loading provider demographic data, including affiliations and contract assignments
• Audits provider records for quality and financial accuracy, providing documented feedback as necessary

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in health care, preferably in a customer/provider services setting, or equivalent education and experience
• Critical-thinking skills and attention to detail
• Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
