Provider Configuration Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on provider data management, the full-time Manager, Provider Configuration will analyze business processes, implement solutions for performance optimization, and ensure the accuracy of provider information across claims and databases.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain internal standard operating procedures and enterprise-wide policies related to provider functions
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging automation and emerging technologies to enhance processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally on provider data management issues, including configuration, claims, and provider services

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in provider data management, including business analytics in healthcare
• Minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership role
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel
