Job Summary
To establish relationships with providers and secure single-case agreements and permanent contracts, the full-time Provider Contract Administrator will deliver care coordination services remotely while ensuring compliance with IT security policies and managing provider engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Negotiate single-case agreements and participation contracts with providers, ensuring appropriate placement based on patient needs
- Utilize proprietary tools to identify physician prospects and optimal reimbursement ranges while documenting efforts in company programs
- Act as a resource for general provider contracting questions and assist in training new associates as needed
Required qualifications:
- College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable with relevant experience
- Exceptional communication and telephone skills, with a patient and tactful approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload independently
- Proficient in computer and internet skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of workers' compensation and call center experience are pluses
