Job Summary

To establish relationships with providers and secure single-case agreements and permanent contracts, the full-time Provider Contract Administrator will deliver care coordination services remotely while ensuring compliance with IT security policies and managing provider engagement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Negotiate single-case agreements and participation contracts with providers, ensuring appropriate placement based on patient needs
  • Utilize proprietary tools to identify physician prospects and optimal reimbursement ranges while documenting efforts in company programs
  • Act as a resource for general provider contracting questions and assist in training new associates as needed
Required qualifications:
  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable with relevant experience
  • Exceptional communication and telephone skills, with a patient and tactful approach
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload independently
  • Proficient in computer and internet skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of workers' compensation and call center experience are pluses
