Provider Contract Development Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote opportunity, the Sr Manager, Provider Contract Development - Business Integration Lead will manage organizational integration for the Provider Contract Development function, ensuring alignment across various departments and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary integration point across Provider Contract Development and key partner functions, ensuring alignment of priorities, timelines, risks, and business objectives
• Lead governance forums and renewal planning activities to support contract lifecycle visibility and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities and facilitate resolution of risks and execution barriers impacting provider contracting initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of related experience OR Master's degree and 4 years of directly related experience OR Bachelor's degree and 6 years of directly related experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of directly related experience OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of directly related experience
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related fields
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed organizations
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience developing dashboards and operational insights
