Provider Contract Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Contract Lead to develop and implement provider network and contract strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute provider contracts for acceptable reimbursement rates based on client requirements and market ranges
• Maintain a system to track contract negotiation and sales activity using company software
• Oversee the preparation and negotiation of provider contracts, ensuring compliance with templates and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Network Development, Managed Care, and/or Provider Services
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Ability to organize and coordinate a high volume of work with minimal impact on quality
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required
