Provider Contract Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the accurate development and maintenance of healthcare provider contracts, the full-time remote Provider Contract Management Specialist will manage contract documents, conduct research on contract-related issues, and provide training on contract management systems across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains provider contract documents and templates in the contract management system
• Implements and coordinates provider contracts and reimbursement with various internal teams
• Serves as the central point of contact for training and support on contract management systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business, or related field
• Three years of experience in the healthcare industry, including one year of project-related experience
• Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and state filing requirements
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity is highly desired
