Provider Contract Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the Provider Network, the full-time salaried Provider Contract Manager will negotiate contracts, manage a team, and maintain relationships with providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor provider network performance and growth, focusing on efficiency and performance in underdeveloped segments
• Directly manage and mentor team members, ensuring they meet their contracting goals
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for network expansion and facilitate the contracting process with providers

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of contracting experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with provider contracting
• 4-5 years of supervisory experience managing a contracting team
• Knowledge of CPT, HCP, DRG, and Revenue codes, along with Medicare and Work Comp fee schedules
• College degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience acceptable
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and possess excellent organizational skills
