Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Contracting Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex contracting and negotiations for fee-for-service and value-based reimbursements with providers
• Build and maintain relationships with providers to support local market strategies and business opportunities
• Prepare and analyze financial impacts of provider contracts and resolve complex service complaints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Healthcare, or Business; MBA or MHA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care contracting and negotiations
• Experience in developing and managing key provider relationships
• Knowledge of complex reimbursement methodologies and provider business models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
