Provider Contracting Analyst

Job Summary

Leading provider contract negotiations, the full-time Provider Contracting Lead Analyst will perform financial modeling, manage relationships with providers, and support contract administration in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for ancillary provider and health system contracts with oversight from management
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to meet performance expectations and support strategic positioning for provider contracting
• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective providers to enhance local market strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; significant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 1-3 years of experience in Provider Contracting, Network Operations, or Pricing required
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple demands simultaneously
