Job Summary

Leading provider contract negotiations, the full-time Provider Contracting Lead Analyst will perform financial modeling, leverage internal systems for contract administration, and cultivate provider relationships in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations with ancillary providers and health systems
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to optimize provider contracts
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers to support local market strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred, or significant industry experience in lieu of degree
• 1-3 years of experience in Provider Contracting, Network Operations, or Pricing
• Strong analytic skills and financial acumen
• Exceptional work ethic and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
