Provider Contracting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Contracting for the Eastern PA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex contracting and negotiations for fee-for-service and value-based reimbursements with healthcare providers
• Build and maintain relationships with provider partners to support local market strategy and identify business opportunities
• Prepare and analyze financial impacts of provider contracts and ensure accurate implementation through collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Healthcare, Business, or significant industry experience; MBA or MHA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in managed care contracting and negotiations
• Experience in developing and managing key provider relationships
• Knowledge of complex reimbursement methodologies and healthcare business models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
