Provider Contracting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Contracting for the Eastern PA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex contracting and negotiations for fee-for-service and value-based reimbursements with healthcare providers
• Build and maintain relationships with providers to support local market strategy and identify business opportunities
• Prepare and analyze financial impacts of provider contracts and ensure effective communication with internal partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Healthcare, or Business; MBA or MHA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in managed care contracting and negotiations
• Experience in developing and managing key provider relationships
• Knowledge of complex reimbursement methodologies and incentive-based models
• Strong understanding of hospital, managed care, and provider business models
