Provider Contracting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Contracting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex contracting and negotiations for fee-for-service and value-based reimbursements with healthcare providers
• Build and nurture relationships with providers to support local market strategies and identify value-based business opportunities
• Prepare and analyze financial impacts of provider contracts and ensure accurate implementation and administration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Healthcare, Business, or significant industry experience; MBA or MHA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in managed care contracting and negotiations
• Experience in developing and managing key provider relationships
• Knowledge of complex reimbursement methodologies, including incentive-based models
• Understanding of hospital, managed care, and provider business models
