Provider Contracting Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Contracting Representative to support the growth and retention of its provider network.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver administrative support to enhance provider network performance
• Analyze data, summarize reports, and create records in activity tracking systems
• Assist with provider enrollment and monitor performance guarantees

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a provider/client/customer service insurance environment
• 1+ years of experience with dental DHMO and PPO provider negotiations or contracting
• Working knowledge of dental insurance products preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage and resolve issues effectively
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
